All I can say is without DPM we would struggle to maintain and let our property from abroad. DPM run a very professional service that takes the hassle out of advertising, vetting potential tenants, securing deposits, letting & maintaining the property as well as dealing with any issues tenants may have. Hiring DPM also eliminates the need to rely on family and friends. When you consider that the fee charged by DPM is tax deductible it’s a no-brainer for us.

I've been very happy with their service over the last couple of years. Anne and Cliona have been extremely responsive to any queries I have had since I moved abroad. They've also been very proactive, for example, when tenants have had an urgent request (and I am unavailable due to time zone constraints) and are always practical in their approach to dealing with those requests. They keep me up to date on the status of any inspections they have carried out which is comforting as an overseas landlord.
